This weeks Camera Critters are the latest addition to our menagerie - we bought them this past week.
Any suggestions for names? The albino is called Ariel, courtesy of #5 Brat, but the others are still nameless…

Hello. I love this shot of your budgie birds. I have two budgies (Lady Bird and Tom Tom) and a cockatiel (Taz). All were named already when I got them from their previous homes. The budgies were Lady and Thomas, and I changed them a wee bit anyway, lol. I always find it easier to name animals once I’ve known them for a while. It’s almost like they let me know what they want to be called.
Maybe Azure for that pretty blue one, lol.

What very beautiful birdies! I bet they fill your house with music
I think one of the blue ones should be called “Sky”, but that’s just my opinion. hehe. This is a great post of some really pretty and neat pets!

Lilli (This Is Me) Says:
Oh it has been yrs since we had birds, my mom had parakeets, and she would let them out of there cage to fly around, one time she had boiling water in the sink doing something, but one of the parakeets named Lisa hit the window and fell straight into that boiling water. She survived but never grew feathers again. So she was never able to fly. She also used to be very mean, but after that she tamed right down and let us carry her everywhere.
Anyway good luck naming them

Ah … such pretty birds! I especially like the albino, Ariel but they’re all lovely. Sorry … my mind’s blank about names at the moment and I want to finish visiting the other Critter participants before I leave for my Red Hat event today.
Hugs and blessings,

Love the colorful birds! I don’t have much experience naming birds, because I’ve never had any, but I did grow up on a ranch with tons of cats and I love naming them. My son just named his fish after Greek gods. lol
You have six kids? Wow, impressive. I’m lucky to keep up with the two boys I have. Nice to meet you!
I am doing camera critters today too!
