Brats #s 1 and 4 and myself are going to Britain on Saturday. The Brats’ cousin Sarah is getting married, and we’re invited. The wedding is on Sunday, at a beautiful country lodge hotel outside Nottingham. The girls are especially looking forward to seeing their grandmother - I hope she’s well enough to attend the wedding. If she isn’t, we’ll see her the day after. We’re leaving Tuesday night, so we’ll be able to spend some time with Grandma.
#1 Brat will have to skip school for a couple of days, which is unavoidable. She’ll also have to make her own way to the airport, but I’ll still have to make sure her passport and ticket and wedding finery don’t get left behind. Still my Brat, but I like it…
I’m quite looking forward to a few days of being cooked for, to be honest, but I hope to be able to take the whole bunch over one day too.
