I’ve been waiting for it. Inspiration, that is. Yesterday, I had planned to start the New Year with a WW, and a few posts on whatever usually surfaces in my mind while I do research for WW. Nothing! I’ve been bloghopping quite a bit over the holidays, and I’ve found some very nice blogs and sites that I would like to write about. Usually, strings of words (you know, sentences) start forming in my head all by themselves, but not now.
My head is an empty space.
I should write something about Dodge Charger accessories too – a girl has obligations, you know. But really… How inspiring is that? Off the top of my head, I can remember buying one accessory for a car in my life. A stick-on cup holder… A practical little gadget, that stayed stuck-on for at least 2 1/2 cups of coffee. Still, my experience (and interest) in the field of car accessories is sadly limited.
I was planning to take a picture of our Christmas tree too. It’s slightly too late now – we came home from celebrating New Year’s to a house of Chaos… The dog had escaped from her cage and gone rampant all over the place. Flower pots had been knocked over, and the tree was tragically decimated on one side. It’s still green(ish) on the other side, so we haven’t thrown it out just yet, but it’s not very photogenic at the moment. #5 Brat’s bed had unnamable things in it as well – I’ve been scrubbing, washing and rewashing bedclothes, plush animals and mattresses for 3 days now!
So – the start of my blogging New Year has been a little … uninspired. Right now, it’s snowing, so at least there’s hope for a little respite from the grey outdoors soon. And some fun on the slope down from our house… Yay!
