This was a very bad year for growing anything by us. First floods and then no rain. We planted some corn in the garden but it is sad looking. I just bought some though. I throw them husk and all right on the oven rack at 350 for 30 minutes.

I missed this yesterday with everything going on….I love boiled sweet corn, but roasted sweet corn now that is simply heaven.

We have been eating corn on the cob just about every night. August is when you can get it fresh from the stands here in Indiana. It is so sweet.
