My Manic Monday post for yesterday was Stumbled. I’ve had posts stumbled before, and received some traffic from that, but nothing like the response yesterday and today.
This means that this site will have over 200 visitors today, and that’s a personal best to date…
Update: The visitor count stopped on 236. Yay!
I’ve been a member of StumbleUpon for a long time, but not truly realized the potential until now.
I’ve used it as a “site-hopping tool” now and then, and doled out the odd thumbs up and review, without thinking too much about it. I feel like the stupid kid at the bottom of the class now, since I’ve read so many good things about the service, but better late than never!
I’m not expecting to be stumbled every week, and the results of a stumble can’t be as great every time, but I must say… I’m impressed.
The Stumbler was jennyjinx – I would have linked to her site, and I found it earlier today, but when I went back into StumbleUpon to get her url just now, I just couldn’t locate it on her profile… and when I tried to locate it on my log I got an error message… Jennyjinx – I’d love to give you some proper Link Love back, so if you see this, please give me your url!
Right! If you’re not Stumbling, you should. I’ve reinstalled the toolbar, so that I can easily give thumbs ups to others, and I will from now on.
