We have 11 official languages. I am fluent in 2 and can help myself in a third. Most folks find themselves in a similar position. The problem comes with the other languages that you don't understand. What do we do to solve the problem? We tend to give everything acronyms so that everyone can understand. This place has got to be the world's acronym capital.
